I started on the table.
Licensed massage therapist. Hands on tissue, learning fascia. Thousands of hours, thousands of bodies. After 23 years I can see what I used to have to feel. Fascial restrictions, compensation patterns, breathing mechanics. Just by watching someone move.
That is not a small thing. Most people have never had someone look at their whole picture at once. The way you stand, how you breathe, where you hold tension, how your nervous system responds under load. It is all information. I read it. And then we do something with it.
I built the largest soft-tissue program in Division I sports at Dartmouth Athletics and worked across every varsity team, integrating daily with coaches, athletic trainers, physicians, and support staff. I currently work with US Ski Team athletes and US Cycling athletes, and across numerous collegiate sport programs.
That pattern recognition work became the foundation of the Body Fluency™ Method, the framework I now use with every client and teach to movement and soft tissue practitioners.

THE BODY FLUENCY™ METHOD
Fascia is not just connective tissue. It is a communication system. It responds to load, breath, emotion, and pattern. When it gets stuck, everything downstream gets stuck with it.
The Body Fluency™ Method is the framework I have developed over 23 years of working with fascia, movement, and the nervous system. It is how I see, how I assess, and how I work. Hands-on or remote. With an elite athlete or with anyone who is done feeling stuck in their own body.

How I Work
Every session is built around what is actually showing up. Not a protocol, not a program off a shelf. We work with tissue, pattern, and nervous system together.
Movement Health Session (In-Person) 60 min | $175
Hands on bodywork, tissue, movement, and nervous system all in the same hour. I work with what is actually showing up that day. Fascial patterns, compensation habits, what has been building. If something has been nagging, limiting, or not resolving on its own, this is where we get to work on it.
Movement Health Session (Virtual) 60 min | $150
We look at how you are moving, what is holding, and what your body is trying to tell you. Then we build real tools you can actually use. A lot of clients make this a consistent part of how they stay on top of things.

Total Athlete Care is the athlete-facing side of my practice. Same method, same lens, built specifically for the demands of competitive sport. I work with athletes who need more than a protocol. Someone who reads tissue, movement, nervous system, and life load together and helps you understand what your body is actually telling you.
